Standaardschakelaars zijn verkrijgbaar met verschillende schakelstromen: 20 A, 32 A en 63 A en met schakelcontacten (met geplaatste sleutel) van 2 NO\/2NC of 4NC (NO &#8211; Normally Open; NC &#8211; Normally Closed). Controlevergrendeling, waarbij sleutels worden gebruikt om de status van de schakelaarcontacten te wijzigen, is een beproefde methode om gevaarlijke elektrische energie te isoleren. Bij gebruik in veeleisende omgevingen raden we aan om schakelaars te beveiligen tegen het binnendringen van stof en vuil. Er zijn stofkapjes beschikbaar met en zonder mogelijkheid tot het gebruiken van Lock-out Tag-out producten.
